#76 Mobilebugs #80

Edit to front page font size and layout to make the site somewhat readable on devices < 375px wide.

@pirog I picked a place that looked good to insert some CSS code and am not 100% sure if this code is in the right spot. If it is not please let me know. Also, these changes are very minor and serve as a test for the process. Let me know if you have any tips.

I meant for this to address issue #76 and so I included #76 in the title. Is there a preferred way to address these issues by number?
