Sex up the playbox_admin form a bit #87

Some things that might be nice:

  1. fieldsets?
  2. getting bootstrap to apply to the entity autocomplete filedzzz
  3. other things you think about be fun

so there's an issue with trying to put the submit button within a fieldset that maybe we can talk about on Monday. If i don't figure it out before then
