Update to latest stable terminus #24

we are WAY behind on this. may want to consider for alpha5 or beta! its in the composer.json.

Testing out the latest release right now; not seeing anything that should be a breaking change for us in the commit history, mostly seems like updates for site import and deployment commands. Only time and @joshkoenig will tell. Otherwise inclined to update the composer.json to include the latest terminus release.

This should keep us on the bleeding edge.

Recent updates were to handle API changes and insure that spinup and import worked well. :)
