SSL_write get "Need better solution!!! socket waited for writing more than 5 seconds, abort" #351

Simple connect to SIP server with TLS enabled,  about 10% of chance, we get the 
"Need better solution!!! socket waited for writing more than 5 seconds, abort". 

Any idea what's wrong?
