Example provided for add does not work

The example provided for "add" command does not work, because there is a missing space in between the prefixes 'a/' and 'p/'. While it is specified and clear in the user guide, this may be confusing for some users who use the sample format provided in the app rather than the user guide.

Will classify this as a functionality bug as the UG for this part is fine!
