webdav作为后台存储，不能设置默认吗？ #111

为什么不能设置为默认呢？

挂载后可以添加到收藏夹,直接进行管理. 由于上传大小限制,不支持分片上传等原因不建议作为默认存储, 目前暂时关闭作为默认存储的.
