建议setting配置里的redis加入默认数据库设置 #202

默认redis是存在db0，为了区分，建议增加这个配置

下个版本优化一下;

config/setting_user.php 中覆盖变量 $config['cache']['redis']['db'] = 2; // 数据库配置
