@lpil I have found the instances of this in rollbar, here
Apparently the user still cannot use the app on their mobile in the browser. (They say they tried different browsers although I don't see that in the logs but either way this problem persists, they have no issues from their laptop browser)
I would be surprised if that is it, the app doesn't use CSRF tokens.
@scripttease I haven't re-created this bug in either of my test devices (I have 2 Android devices now). We can discuss whether we just roll out without it fixed - as we don't know if it's specific to that person's phone. My slight nervousness is that it looks like it could be the same thing as the one that we saw in the Google Play console videos: https://play.google.com/console/u/2/developers/6488840508509329349/app/4974695646676797259/pre-launch-report/details?artifactId=4859580747354349544
Google Pixel 3: Android 9 - purple Kalda logo loaded and then a white screen Samsung Galay S9: Android 8.0 - purple Kalda logo loaded and then a white screen Nokia Nokia 1 Android 8.1 - worked correctly
Both had issues with loading the app, just came up as a white screen. It's just bot-testing not a human, and they are using simulations of apps. I tried to get this same simulator working on my computer, I just couldn't get the simulator working (I'm sure a dev could though).

@lpil yeah I know but registration still does and this is definitely this guy when he signed up getting this csrf token issue, and then saying that the webapp subsequently won't load.
I can't see how they are connected either but it is worth investigating/removing the csrf issue as we keep getting it and it'll probably be a while before I have time to prioritise adding registration to the SPA?
Lmk if you have time to chat later, thanks, Al

@charlottefountaine ok lets try to get it working next time we are in the office and write a doc for it? Will be super useful in future, and could be good to get @BorisKalda some basic test experience if they want it? Pretty cushy job, QA testing, easier to get than marketing positions if youre in a bind...

"Web App page shows up blank. I signed up following the link sent by email Here is the link to register an account: http://kalda.co/get/dan-onboardingcall-2021-aug-4. Also follwed link in the next email to complete the questionnaire. Then used the other link in the same email (create your account by clicking on the link below: http://kalda.co/users/confirm/0BtrzVxXHDdwBoqjEHRlWJD2q7RtzS5O_VJz4p-lwdEC) created a username etc to set up an account. But when the Kalda website opens I can only see the homepage or the Blog page. When I go to the App page, either clicking on the button or pasting the link https://kalda.co/app I get a completely blank page. I'm using a Samsung galaxy A40 running Android version 9, kernel 4.4. Have tried 4 different browsers, Chrome, Firefox, Brave and the built in Samsung web browser. Tried going to the original page where I signed up and had seen the message User created successfully. Please check your email for confirmation instructions. Put my email in again to resend instructions. Have not received any. Unlikely I entered the wrong email address on registration but possible I guess."
