Cannot install kaldi without sudo access #4832

I am currently using a desktop at a university that doesn't allow sudo access. I ran the kaldi/tools/extras/check_dependencies.sh and it asks for the installation of many packages like sox, subvesion, gcc-fortran which all need sudo access to install. Is there a workaround for this from kaldi?

Fixed the issue with conda.
