Implement bare-bones Vercel dynamic route generation, based on markdown in the blog dir
Matches some older components to current code convention (export async fns inline by default)
Shared style updates

Routes to test with: localhost:3000/blog/winter-pack-list localhost:3000/blog + navigate to a post from the landing
