[x] Add new logo
[x] Test out metadata changes in a couple of browsers
[x] Incorporate branding into the Header

Might be worth trying to make this an svg if I plan to use it site-wide

In its current state, the safari bookmark doesn't work, but I'm also not sold on this favicon across the website. I want to have a mix between the logo for bookmarks & touch bar type data, but the mountain icon (or maybe something else simple like it) for the rest of the pages. That's a little cleaner for mobile, at least. Open to feedback here. 🤔

Kyle- can you let me know if the Touch Bar display works on Safari?
