Ger in mtimes #9

this PR solves the issues #8 and #3

I would say that it is a partial workaround. The bug fix is in mir-blas v0.1.1 https://github.com/libmir/mir-blas/commit/6b7d27060a9e38bb01dac45421919ef4b13d891e

Lets check with the latest mir-blas, and then uncomment ger optimisation back.
