Add custom-status docs. #2

Following on from taigaio/taiga-back#633 I've attempted to add a quick page explaining how to find and modify statuses, and link this into the section on changing status via commit messages.

I don't have a place to test this with Lektor currently, so apologies if there are any build errors.

Hopefully this is useful to the project!

Thank you very much, we have to review it and maybe add some screenshots.

I hope we can migrate to this new support pages system soon.
