Update installation documentation #47

I've seen this question at StackOverflow: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/20586229/add-postgresql-to-grails-2-3-4 and it seems the installation documentation it's not pretty clear.

I've updated the documentation to make the installation procedure much more clear.
