Add `convert` script

I'm imagining a CLI something like this:

# How many micrograms are in 5 µL of f11?
# Concentration taken from the database
freezerbox convert f11 5µL µg

Some questions:

• Should there be a way to specify concentration?
• Allow multiple conversions at once? Which parameters can differ?
