Add a plate-pouring protocol

This would include:

• How to prepare the LB-agar, e.g. mix all ingredients manually, use premixes, which recipe to use, etc.
• Autoclave parameters, e.g. increase autoclave time based on volume

• How much to pour for each plate, e.g. 25 mL for 100 mm plate, but maybe more for longer-term storage or less for shorter.
• Options to skip the antibiotic/plate-pouring steps, e.g. to make pre-sterilized LB-agar that can be melted and poured later.
