Add full plasmid sequencing protocol

This is really just a service, since I don't do it myself. Furthermore, it's a service that doesn't require anything other than a certain quantity of plasmid, so the "protocol" will be very simple. There are two reason for this to be a protocol:

• It allows me to record/plan how I will verify plasmid sequences.
• IT can remember what volume/concentration of plasmid I need to use.

Organizationally, I can think of three ways to handle a protocol like this:

• Make a new protocol. I'm not sure exactly what I'd call it, though. It might help to rename "sequence" to "sanger".
• Expand the existing "sequence" protocol to accommodate this kind of sequencing.
• Make a "service" protocol for sending things to third party services. However, I'm not really sure if these services would really have anything in common. For example, how many things need to be sent to the service, what those things mean, etc.

I'm leaning towards having a "sequencing" protocol that's geared towards sending samples to a service, but is still specific for sequencing reactions. I worry that trying to make a generic "service" protocol would be too generic. Here are some of the options I want to have:
