Reduce the random amount of noise added to locations on the map #25

I've set my location to "Wrocław, Poland", it shows in my profile "Wrocław, Polska" but on map it is around Wrocław in the wrong location.

@mkutyba I actually added some randomness to the location because in many cases I have multiple people in the same location so if I don't add some randomness then they are all exactly on top of eachother.

I understand but I'm 25 km away from Wrocław. Shall you place me a little bit closer?

That might be a good idea - maybe I need to reduce the random amount.
