Limit custom CSS #66

As we've both estabished I've got the best background on CH, thanks to CSS animations.

Before I amended my background I was playing around with what was possible. It seems currently there are very few limitations to what CSS can be applied. I had a play around and I'm able to replace pretty much all CH brand styles with whatever I wanted. And apply a z-index of over 9000, similar to the good old MySpace days.

The only limitation I found which makes people need to think more about "skinning" their profile was url() support.

Nice catch! I've been thinking about disabling this feature for a while b/c a lot of people do crazy stuff with that field anyways. I went ahead and disabled it but left existing custom css in tact.

I need to build out a proper profile customization feature one of these days.
