Send order email can be triggered with option --email=\"1\"

I was in need for something to quickly test new order emails in multiple stores so this was a quick idea that I've had. I hope it will be useful for someone.

Commit message shouldn't have printed the backslashes. Proper optional value setting is done by:

 ./n98-magerun.phar order:create:dummy --email="1" count
