Do we need R --vanilla in https://github.com/kalibera/rchk/blob/master/image/singularity.def and elsewhere?

Yes, thanks, the guest system's .Rprofile would be used from the container. I've added --vanilla and also cleared R_PROFILE and R_PROFILE_USER. The image should be rebuilt, soon.
