Create Digital Image License Agreement #41

Thanks for sharing this first draft. I made some edits to the draft to generalize certain terminologies and to prepare for document automation. See also Google doc in case of any comments.

The way I see how we can open source license agreements is that broadly we have a spectrum of base licenses, ranging from highest level of control over licensed activities (such as this one) to least control (e.g., CC0). Ideally, we'd define multiple levels between the two extremes, and offer one license per level for users to pick from. This'll hopefully help users identify the type of licenses they want and also help lawyers understand the level of control users may want when custom license is desired. Wdyt?

Yep I agree, that's the end goal I'd like to arrive at too. Happy to riff on some more license ideas I've been seeing in the market and working on too!
