[Bug] repeat Name Change Alerts #155

add/log when a name change alert has been sent out to prevent spamming chat log this issue happened in the gold saucer gate "leap of faith", where i got the notification 6 times in the span of 4 minutes

Is it a duplicate message? Like the same name/world transfer? or you are getting a bunch at once?

it was a bunch of the exact same change repeated a handful of times something like

Tataru Taru → Tataru Namo
Tataru Taru → Tataru Namo
Tataru Taru → Tataru Namo
