CD-HIT argument -M is not accepted #4

When running DataSAIL and providing an additional argument with --e-args "-M 6400" for CD-HIT, DataSAIL cannot parse this. It raises an Error "Unknown Argument".

This will be fixed in the next version (either v0.0.20 or v0.1.0) on conda. That version will include a major rework of the argument parsing for subprograms, i.e. CD-HIT, MMseqs2, and MASH.
