Ignoring installation is not completly effective #451

It works the first time the app is launched after an update but then the app is automatically updated on next refresh or launch without asking the user.

For now we will keep this as a desired behaviour, the user can delay the update while working with the app but it will ensure the app has been correctly updated on next launch.
