Be more reliable with respect to SNS errors #8

Because we might have some old tokens or endpoints around we should at least be tolerant to errors when subscribing/unsubscribing users to topics or sending messages.

Indeed for now the first error will stop the processing of everything else.

This seems to notably happen when reinstalling the mobile app.
