Customisable domain #17

Since Kano will usually be deployed with Kargo it should not be attached to a particular domain except for demo purpose. We should add an environment variable for the domain attached to Kargo that will be used by Kano and Weacast instances.

Layers should also be configured to access data on the Kargo domain.
