Timeseries not in sync with probed location layer

The timeseries is assigned to a probe so that the widget should:

• [x] be hidden/displayed when the probed location layer is hidden/displayed
• [x] display the location name when a feature is selected
• [x] allow to zoom on the probed location when it goes out of the screen (done when showing again the probed location layer)
• [x] display a marker on location for weather probing
• [x] display a marker on location for vigicrues probing
