In order to ease the development of similar features in others applications, map/globe behavior should be shared whenever possible:

[x] shared time-based behavior in dedicated mixin
[x] access to feature service in dedicated mixin
[x] probing (weather/measures) in dedicated mixin
[x] activity setup/actions in dedicated mixin
[x] timeseries component for time-based features
[x] forecast model panel components
[x] layer legend
