It does exist dedicated websites for EU (https://www.meteoalarm.eu) or world-wide (https://severeweather.wmo.int/v2/) but without web APIs. Data sources are mostly RSS/Atom flow detailed here https://severeweather.wmo.int/v2/sources.html and SYNOP reports (https://severeweather.wmo.int/v2/observation.html).
Interesting to at least display the alerts in a dedicated layer. Could also be integrated as weather alerts (https://github.com/kalisio/kMap/issues/108) connected to Akt'n'Map events.
