Make krawler able to react to external systems #34

It would be great to make it work the other way around as https://github.com/kalisio/krawler/issues/24, ie krawler launching jobs/tasks triggered by external events.

As we can launch krawler as a service, post requests alow to launch jobs, this might be sufficient.
