[FR] Use user profile timeformat (12h,24h) #1009

Instead of having to set the "hour24", it should use the system default setting. It is a bit annoying to set it everywhere, if you are using 24h in your area

If possible - hour24 should follow the user profile: image and a user may override the format by explicitly setting the hour24 option. Note that a user profile is saved in a browser (companion app).

Please consider the choosen date format at the same time.
