color_thresholds support for secondary Y axis #1014

It seems that currently you can only supply color_thresholds for the primary Y axis. For charts that have a secondary Y axis enabled, it would be great if we could have a color_thresholds. Thank you.

color_threasholds is a global option (works for all entities). Start monitoring https://github.com/kalkih/mini-graph-card/issues/153
