Impossible to show DD-MM-YYYY from value #866

I am using mini graph card from much time, now i am at the point that i need to take also the date DD-MM-YY, there is already HH:MM from max and min value so i can avoid the problem last_changed, last_updated after HA restart.

I hope someone can help me Immagine

At the end i found one way to hold all the last change with the stats and for the switch also if HA restarts

The question is unclear. Please elaborate. The "extrema" values shown on a screenshot include dates (w/o a year) along with a time.
