Option to filter the source list #598

Today it's only possible to show/hide the source button, but it would be great to be able to pick which sources are displayed in the dropdown list, currently all supported sources are shown even though they aren't configured in the MusicCast app

This would be a really great feature! @kalkih, if you pointed me to where you'd want this added to the code, I would be happy to make a PR.
