Card do not load after v1.16.3 causing cards to disappear from dashboard #659

After updating from 1.16.3 I cannot see any of my mini media player cards. I saw another post where they rebooted the host and it worked again but I didn't not have as much luck. A hard reset also failed. I rolled back to 1.16.2 and they all appeared. I don't seem to have an errors or anything I can point to. image image Above is the before and after.
