Update dependencies

• Add platform dependencies to composer file
• Remove APC requirement check because kalkun actually doesn't use it
• Fix ci3 dependency to disallow >= 3.2 (in case it breaks kalkun)

Can you check why it fails? Probably due to composer.json change & discrepency with the workflow script.

EDIT: I ended up reverting the phpunit change & adding some other missing dependencies
