inkscape 0.48.5 breaks user units in svg #114

on earlier versions of inkscape we simply had to fix the viewbox to reflect user units. now we additionally have to scale the viewbox so that content is scaled to 90 dpi.

we now automatically detect the inkscape version and from 0.48.5 on we insert the scaled viewbox. fixed
