very interesting, thanks. I am wondering how would creating event grid subscription work with other type of endpoint i.e. AzureFunction. I am struggling with this a little bit - pls see here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/77367870/azure-bicep-function-app-with-event-grid-trigger-from-storage-account-how-to-c
