I have a 1080p screen and no level of zoom affects mine. I would try re-installing the extension. (I am using edge chromium beta)
Have you tried on chrome/chromium directly or just on edge? I can try reinstalling the extension tomorrow and see if that fixes it. Using edge isn’t really a solution for me though.
hold up... dont uninstall yet. they removed it from the webstore
Thanks for the heads up! Hope it comes back.
I was able to find the extension in the webstore @sakshamgoyal01. Tried removing it and reinstalling it and nothing is different.
do you have any other extensions that could interfere?
Edit: I changde my screen resolution to 1366x768 and I did not encounter the issue. What version of the extension are you on?
I do not have any other extensions that would touch gmail enabled. My Inbox Theme for Gmail says 1.1.3. I am technically running chromium instead of chrome on Linux if that would make ANY difference but I highly doubt it. Let me try on windows with chrome.
Looks exactly the same on windows with chrome as it does with Linux and chromium (not that that should have changed anything)
version 1.1.3? is that even a thing yet?
Edit: Oh shit. I've been using a different extension all along lol I have been using: https://github.com/boukestam/inbox-in-gmail
+1, same issue here, adding some margin or padding to that seach field would solve the issue: element with class _.gbIe, padding 250px
Thanks! I unfortunately don’t have that much time to work in this extension, but please submit a PR if you are able to.

My screen resolution is 1366 x 768. Also I don't get this issue when I zoom out to 75% (which is not an ideal workaround)
