Request summary:
All the hits I generate with my applications, use the IP of my country. Then,
all reports in Analytics determine just one country in ecommerce transactions.

Use Cases:
Whenever I generate a POST to google analytics it uses the IP of my application
for geolocation in analytics reports, even if visitor used IPs from different
countries.

An alternative to sending the IP address would be to add the ability to send
our own GEO data for the hit. For example, country=US, city=LA. My company
attributes ROI marketing data about phone calls, and we post that data into GA
and we have very rich geo location data that isn't based off an IP address.
Currently we don't put the Geo data into GA.
