Name of related component: Management API

Request summary:
I just realized that Custom Data Source list data can be achieved via 
Management API,
but I couldn't find any way to get the list data for Custom Dimensions and 
Metrics.
Actually I would like to get the custom defined own name of either custom 
dimension or custom metric.

Use Cases:
I would like to display corresponding name of custom metrics/dimensions on our 
application UI rather than raw parameters such as ga:dimension2.

Release 2015-01-23 (January 23, 2015) adds two new collections to the 
Management API, Custom Dimensions and Custom Metrics.

Custom Dimensions and Metrics

It is now possible to create, list, get, patch, and update Custom Dimensions 
and Metrics with the Management API.
