Measurement protocol data not showing up - help needed

Hi!

For 4 days data posted via measurement protocol is not showing up in the 
reports. At the moment I am completely blocked in research why this could be 
happening.
Any advice or suggestion would be appreciated

Here is example of data I am sending:

Response is GIF as it should be.

PS ecommerce is enabled without enhanced ecommerce -

The issue tracker is to open bugs and feature requests and as of yet this is 
not a bug. You can continue the conversation in the existing thread you started
