Data missing for 9 Feb 2015?

Issue summary:
Google Analytics data seemingly missing for 9 Feb 2015

Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Browse to any report that reports on data such as sessions, and note the 
massive drop (for many users) on 9 Feb 2015.

Expected output:
Data with correct session figures.

Actual results:
Either no data, or extremely little data (e.g. 4 sessions instead of thousands).
