A Method to Protect Usage of Analytics Tracking ID - Important! #615

We need a way to protect the usage of the Google Analytics Tracking ID, from 
being used for hijacking purposes, etc.

Suggested Method: 
Analytics user is able to ALLOW only their own verified sites.  

Another feature would be for user to be able to see what sites are attempting 
to use the tracking id.
