Explanation of the Issue

UK cruiser reads "cannot deply" like how it shows to the convoys.

Steps to reproduce

Create the crusier and read "cannot deploy"

Possible Cause

I mean could it be some coding error caused due to Oxford treaty?

could you provide a screenshot, cannot solve anything with just a text description, error.log, game.log, and savefiles are also required
