i received communication today from google as follows regarding ad exchange ads set up through DFP

" You may also want to contact your Kaltura contact to make sure that Flash is supported with the plugin in you're using. I believe the Kaltura Flash support is fairly recent so I want to make sure there aren't any problems with their implementation. "

this is regarding ad ex video ads not working in HTML5 when using the doubleclick ima3 plugin library version 1.9.1. they do work in flash

i thought this was worth sharing with you all in case im am incorrect . from what i can see when the ad ex ads are returned i get something like this

AdSense/AdX and when I open up the vast tag url http://vastproxy.tubemogul.com/vast/Xf6e2yqPYRavegdigOp6?ad_id=mnfVJA6gS9LbsSc0ysZ6&psId=woOXQaWae1gEyPBrewLu&price=UtQuYQAAyHEKNCkPAABAN9zBViHeiNDPmbzdNA&bt=t&bi=B05ZUjObscbApYyKHHi1M1cJrRmuF165esdR5WeQk116r0arMeBcXJW7CRMDkWY8oARi4WFW0hZEEdsyTm7Ocp7q2Aw88vku3pC2pIEYHOweTfvLuK41vOxJ7oOOw3gqHBoVVeSAs if you notice there is only one asset for the media files and its flash MediaFiles> from what i obviously see the assets for this ad are just not present for it to work in HTML5 but im concerned that google thinks there is something wrong on the kaltura side. i have gone back to google on this but can you confirm that there are no fixes for this issue and its required for the VAST to simply contain all media formats? or is there supposed to be something sent into adex to that is missing that tells it to only retrieve html5 compatible ads?
