Sanity Test Fail + http://balancer.kaltura/admin_console/index.php/user/login + An error occurred (error code: API:-1) #501

I am trying to install kaltura server as a cluster on two centOS6 running kaltura server and ubuntu14.04 running apache for loadbalancer urls. I was going on smooth in the hope that it will workout file, but when trying to login on admin console through following url: _http://balancer.kaltura/admin_console/index.php/_

it goes to this url after clicking login: http://balancer.kaltura/admin_console/index.php/user/login

and gives this error: An error occurred (error code: API:-1)

After looking on internet I found that kaltura-sanity.sh is used to varify if kaltura is correctly install and I get following errors and can't make anything out of them. Kindly not only help me understand the errors from sanity test, also help solve this issue.

Same output for both vms for kaltura-sanity.sh

Apart from that, there are other issues but first this than, I would come to those and may be create a new issue for them.

Those who are facing the same issue as this, please check if your /etc/hosts has the same server name that kaltura is looking for.
