For deb based systems:
# dpkg -l \"kaltura-*\"
# tail -f /opt/kaltura/log/*.log /opt/kaltura/log/batch/*.log | grep -A 1 -B 1 --color \"ERR:\|PHP\|trace\|CRIT\|\[error\]\"
and paste the output.

This issue is consistent across IOS devices and some version of Android and I am using Kaltura SaaS. The error has occurred once I start playing the video. In player screen, it will show as something went wrong and in the console, I can see the above error
I am getting one more error in Some version of Android with error category 9 and error code undefined
After running the demo code am getting this error in some of the devices kaltura-tv-player.js:6 [Error] Category:1 | Code:1002 | manifestParsingError
May I know why it is happening
