For deb based systems:

# tail -f /opt/kaltura/log/*.log /opt/kaltura/log/batch/*.log | grep -A 1 -B 1 --color \"ERR:\|PHP\|trace\|CRIT\|\[error\]\"
and paste the output.

Contacted Kaltura support and got this answer: "After consulting with our Application Team they shared that this issue is needed to be checked on the Sakai end." Not really sure what this means.
I added the kaltura plugin to the "basic" ckeditor and tried to browseandembed with a mobile phone, but I only recieve an error "Sorry, this page is not compatible with your equipment" (roughly translated from swedish). I also tried to go to the page straight on the KAF, but I recieved the same error. Is this a configuration issue in the KAF, or is it not supposed to work with mobile phones?
